Those who can cope with it get ahead in the system, those who cannot get along with it fall out and have to look for alternatives. However, individuality is only provided for at university level, where students are able to compile their own study plan for an individual diploma course and have it approved by a commission. Why not start with first grade elementary school?

The system is based on coercion and in principle contemptuous of human beings, because it repeatedly produces graduates who have no chance on the labour market and who are often looking for a job for months or years after graduation. It is clear why individual diploma studies are the exception: most students consider themselves to have better chances if they correspond to a given profile. However, many do not consider that the most adapted are also the most interchangeable.

In the worst case, one sacrifices one's entire youth for the occupation with things that do not interest one, and stands afterwards on the street.
