After a few years' break, I would like to become politically active again. Unfortunately, this will have to be done within the framework of my own party, because I have become too extravagant for NEOS. Basically, I believe that Austria and Europe deserve a party that is honest with its citizens and represents their interests instead of trying to patronise them. I have now realised that the SPÖ is no alternative to the NEOS, as it advocates a social media ban for young people – something I strongly oppose! I remember all too well how I was patronised as a young person. No one took me seriously, everyone wanted to patronise me and believed they knew better than I did what was good for me. In this respect, I simply cannot approve of a social media ban for young people. It amounts to incapacitation.

My party's task is to end party dictatorship and instead put the interests of citizens first.
