The final result of the NEOS primary is now fixed. I have been ranked 24 overall. In round 1 of the election to list position 1 (citizens' vote) I got about 10% of the votes (192 people), in round 2 (board election) I went out empty as expected, and in round 3 (general meeting) I got about 5% (20 party members present).
Which makes me a little worried: Round 2 is apparently weighted more strongly than the other two rounds. Among other things, this has also led to the fact that the candidate who would have reached list position 2 in rounds 1 and 3 only achieved list position 3 overall.
Congratulations to Claudia Gamon on her election to the top candidate. Good luck for the actual election on 26 May.
